Charles Drown, owner and lead inspector of Square One Home Inspections, has over 10 years of construction and real-estate related experience. Growing up in a family of plumbers, home investors and realtors, Charles is not a stranger to the industry. He has a keen eye for detail, knows where and how people tend to cut corners in homes and understands the importance of quality service. Aside from his hands-on experience in home building and renovation, he is trained through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, and has gone through hundreds of hours inspecting homes with other licensed home inspectors.
